My Omega manual-wind chronograph had been dead for several years but rather than buy another watch I brought it to Osborne’s to see what they could do. The estimate for a rebuild was $600 and I had to think about it because in 1972 that watch cost $117 but it was still a favorite of mine so I gave the go-ahead to see what they could do. We started the process in April and it took until January with me checking in every few months. Their watchmaker did a great job finding the miniscule parts to make it like new. After a month of daily wear it looks good and keeps excellent time. I’m glad I trusted my watch to Osborne Jewelers.

I feel so blessed to have Osborne Jewelers in my community. I’ve always received excellent superior, quality care. They beautifully restored an older diamond ring back to brand new condition. It was very worn and could’ have easily at any moment fallen apart. Most recently they put new posts in my Sterling silver earrings so I could wear them on a trip. They personally met my requested day to be completed. My son had given them to me many years ago and I needed to show him I was still enjoying his thoughtful gift.. I needed to remove my wedding ring (via cutting the band) before hand surgery and was anxious about the process. I also didn't want to damage my beautiful 45 year old ring. I came to the right place! It was done quickly and kindly. I look forward to returning to Osborne when my surgery is complete.

I had such a wonderful experience at Osborn Jewlers. I was really nervous about getting my wedding ring cleaned for the first time and the representative Lynn was able to ease my nerves by explaining how the process works. It really helped to have such a knowledgeable person explain things to me that had me nervous. I walked out with a shiny clean ring and a calm mind. I highly recommend Osborn Jewlers for all your jewlery needs and especially Lynn as a representative.

I’ve been going to Osborne Jewelers for years for watch battery replacements, appraisals, and most recently a ring resizing. Every experience has been outstanding. Their team is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and they always do excellent work. The customer service is impeccable, and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with the quality of their craftsmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled jeweler.

Amazing experience every time! Beautiful store with nice selection in varying price ranges. They have the best customer service. Helped me pick a very nice graduation gift for my niece and she loved it. Over the years I've taken several pieces in for repairs and they have always been fairly priced and fast when I needed it. Like for my broken medical alert bracelet which they fixed while I waited.

Really nice jewelry store, with a great selection and variety. The designs were rather creative. It was easy to do business here. Wasn't overly crowded, and there was sufficient parking. Conveniently located @ the corner of Pebblecreek PKWY & McDowell. I definitely recommend.

Obsessed! Osborne has been my go-to for ring sizing and repairs but I decided to use them for a custom job and I am SO happy I did. Had an incredible experience with Lynn, who guided me through the experience of reimagining my grandmothers vintage engagement ring! I had no idea what I wanted and she was so patient and thoughtful, communicative throughout the entire process and everything came together on time and as promised, price-wise. This store is almost an hour from where I live, but the trip is 100% worth it!!
